Get a quote over the phone and be sure of the cost. Quote is free for software related issues. For hardware related issue, we charge a small free for our effort and time. This fee is adjusted with the final payment if you confirm the job.

Get An ETA
Once you confirm the quote, we will advice you of an ETA to get your data back. Depending on the issue on the device and it may take days or weeks. Our team will contact you if we finish before the ETA and organise for collection or return.

Collection Or Delivery
We offer free collection and delivery. You can also drop in your device at our workshop at your convenience. Talk to us to learn more about our free collection and return service.

Hard Disk Drive (HDD)
